本政策說明 Gongyeh（講嘢）Mac 語音輸入 App 如何處理資料。語音辨識使用本機 Qwen3-ASR 模型，不提供雲端轉寫，也不以你的錄音或文字訓練模型。

錄音與轉寫

只有你按快捷鍵或錄音按鈕後，App 才開始使用已授權的麥克風。錄音可以隨時取消。錄音在記憶體中暫存（為安全起見，單次錄音超過兩小時會自動完成），轉寫或取消後釋放；App 不主動建立錄音檔案或轉寫歷史。

最近一次轉寫會留在 App 記憶體中，方便複製或再次輸入。下次成功轉寫會取代它；你可以在選單或「私隱與權限」清除，也可結束 App 清除。作業系統可能使用記憶體交換、當機報告或備份機制，這些由 macOS 管理。

App 不把錄音或轉寫文字傳送給我們、模型提供者或分析服務。沒有廣告 SDK、行為追蹤或自動上傳的使用分析。

準備語音模型

App 包含本機執行環境及約 2.3 MB 的 Silero 人聲檢測模型，語音辨識權重獨立下載。首次準備時，你按「下載模型」後，App 才會從 Hugging Face 下載約 1.31 GB 的 Qwen3-ASR 量化模型。量化檔案由 mlx-qwen3-asr 維護者 moona3k 公開提供，版本與 SHA-256 固定在 App 隨附清單；配置與詞表隨已簽名的 App 提供。下載完成後逐一檢查大小及 SHA-256，完整通過才啟用。下載可暫停及續傳，不下載可執行程式碼。

Hugging Face 及其檔案分發服務會收到 IP 位址、所請求檔案及一般 HTTP 連線資料；不會收到錄音、轉寫、授權金鑰或硬件識別碼。App 不要求你建立模型服務帳戶。下載服務可能在香港以外處理連線資料，其私隱政策見 https://huggingface.co/privacy 。

模型保存在 ~/Library/Application Support/Gongyeh/Models/，更新 App 時可重用。App 只在本機檢查可用磁碟空間。結束 App 後可經 Finder 移除模型目錄以釋放空間；下次使用前需要重新下載。刪除 App 不會一併刪除模型。人聲檢測及語音辨識均不連線至模型服務；授權驗證另按下節處理。

模型版本由 App 隨附的固定清單決定，不使用遠端模型更新清單。下載進度與來源狀態只存於本機，不作使用分析。

輔助功能與剪貼板

在你允許輔助功能權限後，App 會偵測所選快捷鍵，檢查目前輸入位置，並將結果輸入該位置。App 不需要讀取整份文件，也不主動保存其他 App 的內容。當焦點在轉寫期間改變，App 會保留結果供你手動複製，避免輸入到錯誤位置。

部分 App 需要使用剪貼板相容模式：Gongyeh 暫存原有剪貼板內容，放入轉寫文字並送出貼上指令，再嘗試還原。你在這段期間複製的新內容優先保留。主動按「複製」則會以所選文字取代剪貼板內容。剪貼板管理程式、通用剪貼板或目標 App 可能另外保存或同步文字；這些服務的資料處理由其各自政策規管。

設定、試用與授權

快捷鍵、語言、文字格式、所選麥克風及詞庫等設定儲存在本機。詞庫詞語只會交給本機語音引擎作辨識提示及自動改正，不會上傳。App 亦會在本機累計成功輸入的字數及次數，只用來顯示估計節省的時間及試用提示；不保存轉寫內容、不會上傳，可在「私隱與權限」清除。優惠價格及倒數只按 App 內建的日程及本機時間計算，不會為此連線。試用從完成整個新手引導後的首次成功日常轉寫開始，錄音預覽和引導試講不計入；這個開始日期會儲存在本機偏好設定和鑰匙圈；移除 App 未必會移除鑰匙圈記錄。App 不使用硬件指紋辨識你的裝置。 本機系統診斷只記錄引擎啟停、錯誤類型及輸入步驟結果，不記錄錄音或轉寫內容，亦不會自動傳送給我們。

官網版本由 Polar 提供結帳及授權金鑰驗證。啟用或驗證時，App 透過 HTTPS 向 api.polar.sh 傳送你的授權金鑰、Gongyeh 的組織識別碼及授權權益識別碼。Polar 亦會收到網絡請求的一般技術資料（例如 IP 位址）。App 不傳送錄音、轉寫文字、文件內容、硬件序號或裝置指紋。

金鑰及最近成功驗證的記錄儲存在本機鑰匙圈，不存入偏好設定或日誌。成功驗證後最多可離線使用 7 日（若金鑰較早到期，以該日期為限）；App 通常每 24 小時嘗試更新驗證。伺服器確認金鑰失效時，本機授權會停止生效。移除本機金鑰不會取消 Polar 訂閱。

Polar 處理結帳所需的電郵地址、付款及訂單資料，並按其政策處理交易、稅務及反詐騙。我們不取得付款卡完整資料，但可能透過商家後台查看履行訂單及支援所需的交易資料。Polar 私隱政策：https://polar.sh/legal/privacy 。付款服務商可能在香港以外處理資料，詳見其政策；我們不將本機語音資料交給該服務。

Mac App Store 發佈目前暫緩。如果未來推出該版本，會另外說明 Apple 的付款與交易驗證流程。

聯絡支援

如果你主動傳送支援郵件，我們會使用你的電郵地址、問題描述及你選擇附上的內容處理查詢。請避免提供不必要的錄音、授權金鑰、密碼或第三者個人資料。郵件由你選擇的電郵服務及我們的郵件服務處理；必要時只向協助處理問題的人員提供所需資料。

我們只在處理查詢、履行交易、處理爭議或法定保存義務所需期間保留相應資料；不再需要時刪除或匿名化。若依法需要向主管機關披露，會限於依法所需的範圍。

你的選擇與權利

你可以在 macOS「系統設定 → 私隱與保安」撤回麥克風或輔助功能權限，關閉登入時啟動，清除最近轉寫，或移除 App。撤回相關權限會使對應功能無法運作。

資料處理方式如有重大變更，我們會更新本政策及 App 內的說明；需要額外同意的功能會另行徵求同意。

Dictation runs locally using Qwen3-ASR. We do not upload your audio or transcripts, use them for model training, or include advertising or usage analytics. Audio is held temporarily in memory during a recording (a single recording completes automatically after two hours as a safety bound) and released after processing or cancellation. The latest transcript remains in app memory until replaced, cleared, or the app quits. macOS may independently manage swap, diagnostics, backups and clipboard synchronisation.

Model preparation begins only after you select Download. The app downloads approximately 1.31 GB of Qwen3-ASR weights from the mlx-qwen3-asr maintainer moona3k's public Hugging Face repository at a pinned revision, with file sizes and SHA-256 verified before use. Configuration and tokenizer files, the runtime and a small Silero speech detector are bundled with the signed app. No executable code is downloaded. Downloads can pause and resume. Hugging Face and its delivery providers receive your IP address and ordinary HTTP request metadata, but no audio, transcripts, licence keys or hardware identifiers. Their privacy policy is https://huggingface.co/privacy . A model-service account is not required. Verified models are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/Gongyeh/Models/ and survive app updates; deleting the app does not remove them. Removing the model cache requires downloading it again. No remote model catalog is contacted. Speech detection and recognition run locally; licensing has separate network requirements described below.

Microphone permission enables recording initiated by you. Accessibility permission enables the configured shortcut and insertion into the focused field. Compatibility insertion temporarily uses the clipboard and attempts to restore its previous contents without overwriting a newer copy you make. Explicit Copy replaces the clipboard. Other clipboard tools and destination apps may retain or sync its contents.

Preferences, your vocabulary list and the trial start date are stored locally. Vocabulary terms are only passed to the on-device speech engine as a recognition hint and for automatic corrections. The app also keeps a local count of dictated characters and sessions (never the text) to show estimated time saved and trial reminders; it is not uploaded and can be cleared in Privacy settings. In-app offer prices and countdowns come from a schedule built into the app and the local clock, without any network request. The trial start date is stored locally, with the trial date also stored in Keychain. The seven-day trial begins on the first successful everyday transcription after completing the full onboarding; interim previews and setup demos do not count; failed, cancelled or silent attempts do not start it. Website purchases and licence verification are handled by Polar. The app sends your licence key, our organization ID and benefit ID over HTTPS; Polar also receives normal request metadata such as your IP address. It never receives your audio, transcripts or hardware identifiers from the app. The key and a bounded validation cache are stored in your local Keychain. Validation is normally refreshed every 24 hours and provides up to seven days of offline use, subject to earlier key expiry or confirmed revocation. Polar may process payment information outside Hong Kong according to its privacy policy. We do not receive full card details. Removing a local key does not cancel a subscription. Information you voluntarily email is used to address your request and retained only as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. You may revoke permissions, clear the latest transcript, uninstall the app, or contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, deletion and other rights.
