使用 Gongyeh

Gongyeh（講嘢）是為 Apple Silicon Mac 提供本機粵語及國語轉寫的工具。你取得的是使用軟件的授權，而非模型或軟件所有權。第三方開源元件繼續受各自的授權條款約束，詳見 App 內「關於 → 完整授權條款」。

首次準備需獨立下載約 1.31 GB 的語音模型，請預留約 1.6 GB 可用空間（另加 App 所佔空間）。下載並通過校驗後，辨識在本機運行；更新 App 通常可重用相同模型。模型變更會隨 App 更新說明。

你可在有效試用或購買授權範圍內使用 App。請遵守適用法律及第三者權利；在錄製他人的聲音前，取得依法所需的同意。不要利用 App 作未獲授權的錄音、侵害私隱、冒充他人或其他違法行為。

試用與付費

本機免費試用為 7 日，完成整個新手引導後，自首次成功的日常轉寫時計算（錄音中的預覽及引導試講不計入，以完成錄音後的最終結果為準）；試用不要求付款資料，不會自動扣款。試用結束後，如無有效授權，日常錄音轉寫會停止；引導試講仍可使用。你仍可查看政策、管理授權和取得已留在記憶體中的最後一次結果。

購買前請查看當時顯示的方案、貨幣、總價、適用稅項及續期條件。一次性授權沒有定期續費；月費方案按結帳頁顯示的週期自動續費，直至你取消。取消通常停止以後的續費，並不等同已付款項退款；具體生效日與可用期限以付款服務商確認為準。依法不可放棄的消費者權利不受本條款影響。

目前只提供官網版本，購買由 Polar 處理；Mac App Store 版本尚未推出。請使用購買郵件中的金鑰在 App 啟用，並在 https://polar.sh/gongyeh/portal 管理訂單、取消訂閱或找回金鑰。首次啟用及定期驗證需要網絡；每次成功驗證後最多可離線使用 7 日，若金鑰提前到期或確認失效則提早停止授權。退款請透過原購買渠道或聯絡支援處理，並按適用法律及結帳條款評估。請使用原購買渠道管理交易；不要在另一渠道重複購買來恢復授權。

辨識結果與相容性

語音辨識可能出錯，亦受口音、噪音、麥克風、混合語言及輸入 App 影響。傳送、發佈或依賴轉寫內容前，請自行核對姓名、數字及其他重要資訊。App 不提供醫療、法律或其他專業判斷。

部分文字欄位不接受自動輸入。Gongyeh 會提供最近一次結果供你複製；密碼及受保護欄位不屬保證相容範圍。系統權限、macOS 更新及第三方 App 的變更可能影響功能。我們不承諾任何特定準確率、節省時間或永久相容性。

私隱及支援

資料處理方式詳見「私隱政策」。問題可寄到 gongyeh@noum.tech。更新由原下載渠道提供；請只安裝來源可信、簽名有效的版本。

責任與條款變更

在適用法律容許的範圍內，軟件按現狀提供；本條款不排除或限制法律不容排除的保證、責任或救濟。你對所錄製、輸入及分享的內容負責。若條款有重大變更，我們會在 App 或網站說明；已購買的使用權及法定權利不會僅因更新文字而被追溯剝奪。

Gongyeh is provided by NOUMENON TECH LIMITED as licensed software for local Cantonese and Mandarin dictation on Apple Silicon Macs. Third-party components remain governed by their own licences. Use the app lawfully and obtain any required permission before recording other people.

First-time setup downloads approximately 1.31 GB of model data separately from the app. Allow about 1.6 GB of free space for the model, in addition to the app. Verified models are stored locally and reused across app updates when unchanged. Model changes are described with app updates.

The seven-day local trial starts on the first successful everyday transcription after the full onboarding has been completed. Interim previews and setup demos do not start the trial, and there is no automatic charge. Purchase prices, currency, taxes, subscription periods and renewal conditions are shown before checkout. One-time purchases have no recurring charge; monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the provider's terms. Manage purchases and refunds through the original payment channel. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Review transcripts before sending or relying on them. Recognition can make mistakes, and compatibility with every app or protected field is not guaranteed. No particular accuracy rate or time saving is promised. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as is; nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
